This liqueur-like white wine subtle assembly of type of vines: Far from the eye and Muscadelle, is resulting from selective grape harvest. 

Been useful fresh it is a pleasant aperitif wine, but also a tasty accompaniment for the foie gras semi-cooks or poêlé.  

The ' L EN DE L'EL" ou "Loin de I'Œil"
The old ones called it thus because the bunch is provided with a very long stalk and the grape is "far from the eye" which gave him birth (an eye in wine term corresponds to a bud). This very old type of vine is found only in Gaillac. It produces a wine with very fine flavour of floral type or citrus fruits. It brings freshness and flexibility and joins Mauzac well.

 The MUSCADELLE
This type of vine comes to supplement traditional type of vines of Gaillacois.
