Blanc Doux  
Worked out only starting from Mauzac. You will appreciate our soft white wine, been used fresh for aperitif, accompanied by fine sections of dried steaklets of duck, or other pork-butcheries. At the end of the meal it will be emphasized been useful with dry goat's milk cheeses or roquefort amongst other things.

Le MAUZAC
It is a traditional type of vine of Gaillacois, with multiple facets. It excels in making of many white wines: dry white, soft, effervescent white. It is characterized mainly by flavours pointing out apple and pear. It gives tender wines to low acidity. There are true "wonders" in pure Mauzac. This type of vine is found only in Gaillac and Limoux. It indeed has a special aptitude for the development of the sparkling wines.
