Calf

The calves are born on the farm and are reared by their mothers in 30 hectares of land where the herd of 21 cows frisk about.  A food supplement guaranteed GMO free is given to ensure harmonious growth.  They are slaughtered in a special slaughter house which respects the latest health and safety rules. The meat is vacuum packed in 5 kilo boxes on the premises. 

 The boxes are transported in refrigerated containers to your address or to a delivery point near you.
